OUR EMPLOYEES
We are Licensed in the State of California and we stay in compliance with the mandated and regulated requirements for Home Care Aides before we placed them with any of our clients.
They are Certified, Insured, Bonded, and are our employees.
We build our caregivers lives personally, professionally, and spiritually through our Caregiver Personal Development Coaching. They have experiences with different backgrounds, however their personal attributes speaks volume and a definition of caring with compassion. We are all Caregivers and enjoy giving out, making a difference, and adding values to each lives we touch.
HCA STATE REQUIREMENTS
Prior to placing a caregiver with any of our clients, every caregivers are required to complete the following:
1. Register with State HCA Registry and you will get a HCA ID to identify each one that they have completed the background checks through the Department of Justice and FBI.
2. Cleared TB Test within one year or an X-Ray for 5 years.
3. Complete both the first 5 Hours HCA Basic Training and the 5 Hour Annual Training.
CAREGIVER EMPLOYMENT
The prerequisite for employment with our Agency is completing steps 1 to 3 in the HCA Requirements.
Fill in application and after we checked your references, we will schedule a 4 hour paid orientation like a mini training.
After the orientation then you are ready to work and be placed with any of our clients.
